The building consists of two different parts: workshop and offices, which are considered as separated.
The workshop structure is designed with a skelsion frame typology, formed by beams and architectonic prestressed tension rods, so that the beams behaviour is mainly compression and flexure, while the tension rods work in tension only.
The roof structure in the office area is formed by three main frames with supports integrated in the partitions. The structure here is closer for supporting the office slabs, which include underground level, ground floor and mezzanine
