Restoration of the bridge “Quatre Camins” and stabilisation of the “El Poyo Ravine”, Torrent

On October the 29th 2024, a DANA (cold front) hit Valencia with exceptional rains that caused an overflow of the ravines of Magro River.
The amount of water and its speed hit populated areas with devastating consequences for human life and significant damages on the public infrastructure and public services.
The flood hit Torrent dramatically. Specially in “La Horteta Ravine” and “El Poyo Ravine”, where the local sewerage system and the “Quatre Camins” bridge where damaged.
Authorities have implemented an emergency contract to rebuild the area and mitigate similar events in the future.
Works still on going. GmasP will contribute to the restoration of the normality in the city.
