The structure consists in two different parts: a composite slab and heavily loaded beams and girders to support the burner platform, and the chain for the burner trolley.
The second part of the structure is a canopy made of steel trusses, with an opening on the roof for the gas duct (6 m x 7 m).
The structure is 21 m x 18 m in plan view. The amount of steel used in this project is 170 tons, and around 500 m3 of concrete.
