Under the slogan “E-CO”, GmasP was presented to the Idea competition for the rehabilitation of the The Old Clesa Factory recovering the attractiveness of the industrial building originally designed by Alejandro de la Sota.
It is proposed to recover the essential value of the original building from the humility. The buildings also deserve a second chance and the important industrial architecture deserves the reintegration in our heritage.
The proposal was articulated in three fundamental pillars: the REINSERTION of the industrial space, the creation of an open space, PRODUCTIVE and collaborative space, and the commitment to SUSTAINABLE architecture. It was proposed a multidisciplinary environment in which the different spaces were integrated and complemented.
